'Where Da Real At' Videoshoot...

Yesterday we shot the video shoot for ‘Where Da Real At’, a fan favourite from the ‘KROnicles Of IntelLEK’ mixtape with Krome, featuring Seta (Trend). This track is fully bred in West London as all 3 of the artists all reign from the left side of the map, along with the producer of the record, Bulg. Shot around various parts of West London with MCTV; the video stays true to the concept of ‘showing where the real is at’.

In traditional fashion, all the members from the team that were able to make it down to the shoot and we gathered at ‘The HQ’ before linking up with Michael from MCTV and getting underway with the shooting. MAJOR props goes out to hi;, a very calm and collected brother who’s very professional with a creative eye. He did a lot of great work throughout the day; was patient and went above and beyond the expected more than once. Very much looking forward to the final product!

 

I’m not going to give too much away about locations as I want you all to go and watch the video, a few times in fact; when it comes out! Is there a possibility to a sequel of the video? You never know ;) Having Reginald, Culprit, TrixCity, Korshun, Evo at the shoot lead to an afternoon of work that was filled with banter, jokes and general mischief that comes with all of us. There were so many random freestyles, beat-boxing, pranks etc that happened on-set, do not be surprised if you see some hilarious random footage coming out as well...

I want to thank everyone involved that helped to make the day a success. We battled through some bad weather and made what could have been a negative into a few positive points.

KROnicles Of IntelLEK - NEW MIXTAPE RELEASE!

Hope this finds you in good health and vibes! Ladies and Gentlemen I'm glad to say it’s here! The tag-team mixtape with myself and Krome (R2S) is done and ready for you.

This mixtape is one for core hip hop lovers. No gimmicks, just 16 tracks of music, words and thoughts that in one way or another, everyone can identify with. Feel good songs, emotional songs and so much more - this promises to be a gem for those who truly appreciate the art of hip hop.

We kept this mixtape all West London too. All featured artists and producers are from the vicinity.  Featured artists on the tape are Seta Trend, Culprit Cash, TrixCity, Korshun, Fuzzie Barz and Zed. All producers are from West as well; not just artists. Bulg, WAR, Evo Advent Child and ShoXstar, all crafted some gems for the tape!!

I also get in on the production act on there as well - you knew I would!

We decided on April 4th as the release date a few months ago, not too long after we thought of the idea of this tag-team mixtape because it’s Krome’s birthday! Pretty cool birthday present having a new mixtape released (Happy Birthday again, Bro!) So it made perfect sense! We've both had to put in some extra studio shifts over the past few weeks to get everything ready in time. It's what we love doing, so it’s never a problem.

A Whole Lotta Love This February...

Hey everybody!

The month of February has been a very busy one indeed.

As you know, the latest Unsigned Hype UK mixtape (Valentine's Edition) was realised on the 1st, and my track 'Thoughts Of Her' is on there. Proud to say it's the opening song as well! (Shout out to all at Unsigned Hype UK; always grateful for the support). The song is also an original composition, all produced by myself.

Since we're talking about that, not everyone is fully aware yet that I am a Producer / Musician, as well as a Vocalist. Stay tuned as I have a lot more coming on that front. Some very exciting news is on the way guys!!

My good friend and R2S squad member Korshun also released 'Valenrhymes' this week. I feature on his Valentine's Day mixtape special along with Culprit Cash, Krome and Prophyle. I am on 'Dance With Me' with Korshun and also have a solo song 'Day Dreaming' produced by Evo AC!
